INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Prepare a 6-count donut pan with nonstick cooking spray. Mix flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, and salt in a large bowl.
1
Mix pumpkin, brown sugar, milk, egg, butter, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until combined. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just combined.
2
Pipe or spoon batter into all 6 donut holes. Bake donuts at 350°F for 10–12 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
3
After 5 minutes in the pan, cool the donuts on a wire rack. Make sure powdered sugar, cinnamon, maple syrup, and milk are mixed. A little milk thins a glaze.
4
Dip the tops of each cooled donut into the glaze and return them to the wire rack to harden for 10–15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
