Crust– 1 recipe keto focacciaCream Sauce– 4 ounces cream cheese softened– 3 tablespoon heavy cream– 2 cloves garlic minced– Salt and pepperTopping– 8 large egg– ¼ cup heavy whipping cream– Salt and pepper– 2 tablespoon butter– 8 slices cooked bacon crumbled– 8 ounces cheddar grated

Crust
Prep the oven to 325F and line a 15x11 inch rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper for the crust. Grease paper.

Leave out the rosemary and make the focaccia dough as directed.

Press and spread the dough to the pan edges with wet hands. (Wet your hands often when pressing dough). Try to smooth the top.

Bake for 15 minutes until crust is firm. Remove and set aside while making toppings.

Creamy Sauce
Mix cream cheese and cream in a medium bowl. Add garlic and season. Spread the sauce on the crust, leaving a ½ inch border.

Toppings
Beat eggs and cream in a large bowl.
Place butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add egg mixture to melted butter. Turn eggs with a spatula until scrambled but not dry.

Eggs should cover the crust evenly. On top of eggs, crumble bacon and sprinkle cheese. Heat the oven to 375F. Return the pizza to the oven for 5–7 minutes to melt the cheese.
