Air Fryer Buttermilk Apple Fritters Recipe

 Mix the egg, one cup of buttermilk, and vanilla extract together. Peel the apples and cut them into cubes measuring ¼ inch in size.

Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Mix until everything is incorporated.

To the batter, add the apples that have been cut into cubes and fold them in using a spatula.

Prepare the air fryer tray by lining it with parchment paper. Use cooking spray to coat the surface.

To repeat, ensure that there is a gap of ½ inch between each repetition. 400 degrees Fahrenheit for seven to nine minutes.

The glaze should be drizzled over the fritters that have been baked using a spoon. To be served hot.
