Ingredient

-1 tube crescent rolls 8 ounces -4 ounces brie cheese -⅓ cup homemade apple butter

INSTRUCTION

Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease mini muffin pans. Unroll crescent rolls and carefully press seams. Cut dough into 18 rectangles.

Step 1

 Put each rectangle in a little tin cup. If the dough doesn't cover the cup, fine.Make 18 mini brie. Put one slice in each dough-filled muffin cup. A teaspoon of apple butter on each.

Bake 11-13 minutes until dough is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.Remove bits from muffin pan after 1-2 minutes for cheese to stop bubbling. Top with chives and serve warm.
