Simple to make, this Apple Crisp for Two is a great fall dessert for two.
INGREDIENTS
SERVINGS: 2 APPLE CRISPSFOR THE FILLING:– 2 large Granny Smith apples peeled, cored, and chopped - about 2 cup– 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour– 2 tablespoons brown sugarFOR THE TOPPING:– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (spooned & leveled)– 3 tablespoons old-fashioned rolled oat– 2 tablespoons brown sugar– 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon– tiny pinch of salt– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter cold and cubed
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray two 10-ounce ramekins with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

Mix the chopped apples, flour, and sugar in a medium bowl until well coated. Divide the apple filling between both ramekins and set aside.

Mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a medium bowl (or use the filling bowl) until well combined. Add the cubed butter and mix with hands or a fork until it clumps.

Spread the topping evenly over the apple filling in both ramekins. Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes until apples are tender and topping is lightly golden brown. Cool for 5-10 minutes. Serve and relish.
