Avocado Dip For Nachos (Guacamole) Recipe
For parties or weekly Mexican meals, this avocado dip for nachos (guacamole) is one of my favorites. The simple recipe highlights avocados.
Ingredient
– 4 Avocado
– 2 Lime
– 1 cup Tomatoe
– 1/2 cup Onion
– 4 tbsp Cilantro
– 1 tbsp Green Chilli
– 1 tsp Salt
– 1/2 tsp Pepper

Carefully slice avocados vertically and around the stone. This yields two halves. Remove the stone gently with a knife or fork.

Scoop flesh into a bowl or mortar with a tablespoon. Mash avocados with pestle or fork.

Mash avocado to your liking with a food processor or stick mix. Mix lime juice, onions, tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
