Baked Apple Cider Donuts Recipes

Cupcake-like, flavorful baked apple cider donuts are easy to create.  Autumn mornings are perfect for this breakfast.  These cinnamon spiced sugar donuts go well with hot apple cider or coffee.

– 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) apple cider – 2 cups (240 g) all-purpose flour – 2 teaspoons baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Ingredient

– 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg – 1 large egg (50 g) – 3/4 cup (150 g) dark brown sugar – 2 tablespoons (28 g) unsalted butter, melted – 1/2 cup (120 ml) whole milk, at room temperature
