These simple cake mix cookies require only three ingredients and your preferred add-ins! I'm also providing my favorite versions to show how versatile this dish is.
– 1 (15.25-ounce) box dry cake mix– ⅓ cup vegetable or canola oil (80 ml)– 2 large eggs at room temperature– Optional: 1/2 to 1 cup of your favorite mix-in

Direction
Heat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Put two big baking sheets with parchment or silicone mats aside. In a large bowl, mix dry cake mix, oil, and eggs. After mixing, add your mix-ins.
1
Drop two tablespoons of dough per cookie onto prepared cookie sheets in rounded balls. Baking for 10–12 minutes sets the cookies' tops and lightly browns their edges.
2
Take them out of the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes on the cookie sheet. Then move them to a wire rack to cool all the way through.
