Chai Spice Overnight Oats Recipe

YouTube will likely swamp you with "why I eat muesli everyday" videos if you search "oats". Oats are one of the healthiest foods you can consume to stay healthy. 

Ingredient

– 1 teaspoon cinnamon – ¼ teaspoon allspice – ¼ teaspoon cardamom – ¼ teaspoon ginger – ¼ teaspoon nutmeg – 1 pinch ground clove – 1 cup rolled oat – 1 tablespoon chia seed – 1 ½ cups milk – 2 tablespoons maple syrup – 1 teaspoon vanilla

Direction

Put the oats, chia seeds, and spices in a medium-sized bowl. Use a stir to mix.

Add the vanilla, milk, and maple syrup and mix them in.

Put the mixture into two containers, but don't fill them all the way to the top.
