Chocolate Chip Cookies without Brown Sugar Recipe

Brown sugar-free cookies melt chocolate chips. 30-minute no-chill white sugar chocolate chip cookies are amazing without brown sugar!

– 2 cups (250 g) all purpose flour – 2 tsp (10 g) cornstarch – 1 tsp baking powder – ½ tsp salt – ¾ cup (170 g) unsalted butter, room temperature – 1¼ cups (250 g) granulated white sugar – 2 large eggs, room temperature (US) – 2 tsp (10 ml) vanilla extract – 2 cups (12 oz, 340 g) semi sweet chocolate chips, divided

The oven should be preheated to 350 F (177 C). Apply parchment paper to the edges of two large baking sheets.

To ensure that the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt are thoroughly mixed together, whisk them together.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar together at medium speed until the mixture is light and fluffy. This lasts for two or three minutes.

Beat the eggs and vanilla extract one at a time on low speed until fully mixed. Scrape bowl bottom and sides as needed.

Just blend the dry ingredients on the lowest speed or by hand. Incorporate 1 ½ cups chocolate chips. Save ½ cup for cookie topping before baking.

Drop cookie dough onto a prepared baking sheet 2–3 inches apart using a medium (2 tbsp) cookie scoop. Add the remaining ½ cup of chocolate chips.

Bake the cookies at 350 F for 10–12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden brown. Three-minute hot baking sheet cooling. Enjoy after rack-cooling!
