Chocolate-covered peanut butter balls are festive and easy to bring to parties. Dress them up for any occasion with your favorite chocolates, candy melts, and sprinkles.

INSTRUCTION
Use parchment on a big baking sheet. Beat butter, peanut butter, and vanilla in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment or a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed.

Step 1
Reduce mixer speed and mix salt and powdered sugar. Medium-mix for 2 minutes. Use 2-teaspoon and 1-tablespoon dough for smaller and larger balls. Bake sheet balls. Rough balls OK.

Step 2
Refrigerate dough balls for an hour. If needed, quickly roll cooled balls in palms to smooth outsides. While creating candy melts, chill or freeze the peanut butter ball sheet pan.

Melt candy melts or chocolate chips per package instructions. Dip dough balls in melted candy or chocolate. Chop ball into chocolate. Place coated balls on parchment-lined pans.

Sprinkle before chocolate hardens. After candying peanut butter balls, refrigerate baking dish for an hour. Coated peanut butter balls can be chilled until serving.
