These Chocolate Espresso Almond Clusters contain semi-sweet chocolate, espresso powder, and crunchy almonds. These clusters make a simple dessert or snack!
INGREDIENTS
SERVINGS: 20 CLUSTERS– 1 and 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chip– 1 teaspoon coconut oil– 2 and 1/2 teaspoons espresso powder adjust to taste– 1 and 1/2 cups Whole Natural Blue Diamond Almond– Optional: Sea salt for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
Arrange a large baking sheet with parchment or silicone baking mat.

Sprinkle chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 20–30 seconds, stirring well after each increment, until melted and smooth.

After mixing the espresso powder, taste and adjust to your liking. Mix in the Whole Natural Blue Diamond Almonds until fully coated in chocolate.

If desired, sprinkle sea salt on clusters on the baking sheet. Put the baking sheet in the fridge for 45 minutes to harden the chocolate after using all the mixture.
