Coconut Pineapple Popsicles Recipe

Delicious chocolate glaze and sprinkles top these easy homemade chocolate donuts! Ideal for breakfast or dessert.
INGREDIENTS
SERVINGS: 8 POPSICLES
– 2 and 1/2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
– 1 cup Almond Breeze Almondmilk Coconutmilk Vanilla Unsweetened
– 1 tablespoon honey (can use another liquid sweetener, adjust to taste)
– 1/4 cup shredded sweetened coconut
– 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract

INSTRUCTIONS
After putting everything in the blender, blend it until it's smooth.

Step 1
Spread the mixture out evenly in the ice pop molds, then add the sticks. It needs to be frozen for at least 4 hours or until it is solid.

Step 2
Place the ice pops in warm water to help loosen them from the mold and make them easy to remove. Serve and have fun!
