Copycat Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bar Recipe

Heat the oven to 350 F. Parchment a 13x9-inch baking pan and set aside. Whisk butter and brown sugar in a medium bowl.

Add eggs, vanilla, and orange zest and whisk until smooth. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, and ginger or cinnamon. Mix well.

Put evenly in pan. Bake for 22–24 minutes until golden brown; cool on a rack for 1 hour.

Butter and cream cheese should be smooth. Add confectioners' sugar, orange zest, and salt; beat on low to medium speed until creamy, 1–2 minutes.

Spoon topping over cooled bars and coat evenly. Add chopped cranberries.

In a small bowl, melt white chocolate and oil over a double boiler or in the microwave until smooth.

Let chill for 30 minutes until firm. Transfer bars to a cutting board and trim edges.
