Easy Fudge Recipe

The easiest fudge recipe ever! The fudge base is chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk, and you may add any mix-ins. No candy thermometer needed!

– 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (525 grams) – 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk) – 2 tablespoons butter (30 grams) – 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans optional (125 grams)

Ingredient

Direction

Put parchment paper or aluminum foil around the edges of an 8-inch square baking dish, leaving some overflow to make it easy to take off.

1

Put chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir often until the chocolate chips are melted and creamy.

2

Take it off the heat and pour it into the baking dish that has been prepared. Cover the whole area with a smooth layer.

3

Chill for at least 3 hours to solidify the fudge. Use the parchment paper or foil overhang to remove the fudge from the pan, slice it, and enjoy.
