– ½ cup almond flour – ⅓ cup ground flaxseed – ¼ cup raw sunflower seed – ½ cup raw pumpkin seed – ¼ cup sesame seed – ¼ cup chia seed – 1 teaspoon kosher salt – ½ teaspoon ground black pepper – 1 tablespoon olive oil – 1 cup water – 1 (15.5-ounce) can chickpea – 1 cup pumpkin puree – ¼ cup maple syrup – 2 tablespoons lemon juice – 1 tablespoon olive oil – ¾ teaspoon kosher salt – ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

 1-hour baking until firm. Mix chickpeas, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pumpkin pie spice in a food processor.

Chill until ready to serve after processing. Let baked crackers stand for 10 minutes before breaking. Serving crackers with pumpkin hummus.
