Green Detox Smoothie Recipe

This spinach banana smoothie is a healthy breakfast or snack! Add yogurt or protein powder if desired.

INGREDIENTS 

SERVINGS: 2 SMOOTHIES – 1 frozen banana (sliced before freezing) – 1 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen) – 1 cup unsweetened almond milk – 2-3 cups tightly packed fresh spinach – Optional: 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt or protein powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Put everything into a blender and blend it until it's smooth. Serve right away.
