Homemade marshmallow that is soft, pillowy, fluffy, and shaped like a heart. They smell great and are soft.
INGREDIENTS

– ⅔ cup cold water– 4 ½ packages unflavored gelatin each package is .25 ounce– 1 cup light corn syrup– ⅓ cup water– 3 cups granulated sugar– 2 tablespoon vanilla extract– ½ cup powder sugar– Petal dust if coloring
INSTRUCTIONS
Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and wrap in plastic. Set aside.

Step 1
Start by soaking gelatin in ⅔ cup of cold water in an electric mixer with a whisk attachment. About 5 minutes.

In a medium sauce pan, combine ⅓ cup water, corn syrup, and sugar while gelatin soaks. Without mixing, boil the mixture over medium heat. Let the mixture boil for 2 minutes. Make sugar dissolve.

Place the stand mixer on medium speed and carefully pour the hot sugar mixture into the gelatin. About 1-2 minutes. Add sugar mixture and beat on high for 12 minutes until fluffy and stiff peaks form.

Mix in vanilla extract slowly. Grease a spatula and smooth the marshmallow mixture in the baking pan.

Lightly spray the marshmallow's top with cooking spray and wrap it in plastic. Gently press top to seal candy.

Rest marshmallow candy for 4 hours or overnight. Mix confectioners' sugar and petal dust in a shallow dish.
