These Marinated Mozzarella Balls are a delicious party appetizer that can be made in many ways and customized to your guests' tastes!
INGREDIENTS

– ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil– 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced– 3 Tbsp chopped parsley– 1 Tbsp chopped basil– 1 Tbsp chopped thyme– ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (more if you like spice)– ¼ tsp salt– ¼ tsp pepper– 8 oz. mozzarella balls
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix olive oil, garlic, herbs, and spices in a large bowl.

Step 1
Stir in drained mozzarella balls. Store in bowl or jar. Serve mozzarella after marinating at room temperature for an hour.

Step 2
Store in fridge if making ahead more than an hour. Remove from fridge 20 minutes before serving and stir mozzarella balls because olive oil will solidify.
