Vegan Cookie Dough Recipe

Vegan chocolate chip cookie dough is easy to make. This vegan edible cookie dough is gluten-, dairy-, and refined sugar-free and produced with simple ingredients.

– 1¼ cup (150 g) oat flour, almond flour or heat treated all purpose flour – ½ teaspoon salt – ½ cup (113 g) vegan or dairy free butter – ¾ cup (150 g) light brown sugar – ¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar – 2 - 3 teaspoons (10 - 15 ml) vanilla extract – 2 - 3 tablespoons (30 - 45 ml) plant based or dairy free milk, as needed – ½ cup (65 g) vegan or dairy free mini or regular chocolate chip

Combine the almond or oat flour and salt in a mixing dish and whisk until thoroughly blended.

You must heat treat and cool normal all-purpose flour before preparing this homemade cookie dough.

Mix butter and sugars in another bowl until light and fluffy. Medium-high speed takes 2–3 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon (15 ml) milk and vanilla extract on low speed.

Mix the dry and wet ingredients on low. You can add 2 tablespoons of milk for your desired consistency. Just incorporate chocolate chips.

Serve the cookie dough straight away, scoop it into tiny balls to fold into ice cream, or keep it in a container.
