Vegetarian TikTok-Inspired Chopped Italian Sandwich Recipe

Ingredient
– 6 slices provolone cheese– ¼ cup sliced black olive– ¼ cup sliced banana pepper– 1 mini cucumber, sliced– ¼ red onion, sliced– 4 canned artichoke heart– ¼ cup shredded lettuce– ¼ cup roasted red bell pepper– 1 tablespoon mayonnaise– 2 hoagie rolls, sliced open– 2 teaspoons olive oil– 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Direction
On a large chopping board, place cheese, olives, banana peppers, cucumber, onion, artichoke hearts, shredded lettuce, and roasted bell peppers.

All these components should be coarsely diced using a big knife.

Spread ½ spoonful of mayonnaise on one side of each hoagie.Next, stuff sandwiches with chopped veggies.

When making each sandwich, add one teaspoon of olive oil and one teaspoon of red wine vinegar.

Add ½ teaspoon of dried oregano to every sandwich.Put the lids on each sandwich and eat them.
