Very Berry Keto Granola Recipe

Keto granola with dried berries makes a tasty, healthy breakfast. It's crispy, easy to make, and great with cream or almond milk. A bowl to start the day!

Ingredient

– ½ cup almond – ½ cup pecan – ½ cup walnut – ½ cup flaked coconut – ¼ cup pumpkin seed – ¼ cup sunflower seed – ⅓ cup Swerve Sweetener – 6 tablespoon butter – 4 drops blueberry flavouring – 4 drops strawberry flavouring  – ½ cup freeze dried berrie

Preheat the oven to 325F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment.

Mix in Swerve and melted butter. Add berry flavourings and mix.

Distribute the mixture on the baking sheet. Cover with another parchment or waxed paper and press down to flatten and stick. Take off the top parchment.

After 15 minutes, turn off the oven. Mix the granola by moving the edges toward the center and the center toward the edges. Cover with parchment again and press to flatten.

After 10–15 minutes in the warm oven, remove, stir, and flatten the mixture again. After cooling on the pan, break into small pieces with your hands.

Mix in ½ cup of freeze-dried berries, breaking them up with your fingers for better distribution. Serve with your favourite cream or milk or by the handful!
